HOW TO CHANGE YOUR VOTE

If you have submitted the blue proxy card you can change your vote!  Only your most recent vote will be counted on April, 9th.  Your vote is important, please vote the WHITE card today.  

1.     VIA MAIL

A.     Send in the White Proxy Card that you received in the mail.

2.     ONLINE

A.     Find the control number Listed on the White Proxy Card.

B.     Click on the www.proxyvote.com link below.

C.     Enter the control number from the White Proxy Card.

D.     Vote you shares and be sure to hit submit.

3.     THROUGH YOUR BROKER

A.     Call your broker and ask him/her for the control number listed on the White Proxy Card.

B.     You can then insert that number into www.proxyvote.com by following the link below or ask your broker to vote your shares for you.
